Sander is a seasoned entrepreneur with a background in international tax law and a decade of hands-on experience in transfer pricing compliance. After early roles at Medtronic and TPA Global, he joined Eurofiscus — founded by his father, Dr. Arthur Pleijsier — where he became the firm’s lead on transfer pricing compliance. Frustrated by the inefficiencies of traditional documentation tools, Sander envisioned something better: a tech-enabled service that simplifies compliance and scales effortlessly. That idea became GoDocly. He holds a Master of Laws in Tax Law from Maastricht University and an executive degree in Business Administration from UMIO. Outside the office, Sander is also a composer and producer for award-winning short films—bringing creativity and structure together, just as he does at GoDocly.

He began his career as a tax inspector with the Dutch Tax Authorities before moving into research and earning his PhD on the Agency Permanent Establishment. He has held senior roles at Arthur Andersen, EY, and Medtronic, where he served as Senior Global Tax Director. Arthur later founded Eurofiscus, and now runs Straetegic Consulting, advising global clients on complex TP challenges. A prolific writer and speaker, Arthur also leads the International Tax & Transfer Pricing programme at the International Executive Master of Finance and Control (UM/UvA). His depth of knowledge and strategic vision continue to guide GoDocly’s development and global impact.
